Distiqo AI is built and operated by Shivaura Enterprises, a small team working on one chain: brand to distributor to shop. We're in private beta, onboarding our first businesses ourselves.

We'd rather earn real customer stories than print convincing ones, so you won't find testimonials or customer numbers here until we can back them up.

Business software was designed for office desks and fast internet. A distributor works in a godown, on a phone, with a fleet on the road and hundreds of retailers on WhatsApp. A shopkeeper works at a counter, with a notebook of credit and a phone full of supplier bills. For both, the bottleneck wasn't the software — it was the data entry needed to feed it.

And the same order gets typed twice: once by the shop, once by the distributor. The same bill gets typed twice: once to send it, once to receive it. Put both sides on one network and that disappears.

Distribution OS — for FMCG distributors:

• Orders from WhatsApp and from retailers on the network, with stock and credit checked, and your approval before anything is created.
• Billing, GST, e-invoices and e-way bills, purchases and stock, schemes and claims.
• Collections that rank who to chase and draft the reminder.
• Beats, routes, van loading and field-team tracking.
• A Command Center, an inbox of daily recommendations, and a way to ask questions or describe a report in plain words.

Retailer OS — for kirana and retail shops:

• Billing at the counter: barcode scanning with a phone camera, loose items by weight, a quick slip or a full GST bill.
• Customer credit with part-payments, advances and WhatsApp reminders from your own number.
• Stock across branches, purchases from any supplier, and books and GST returns that keep themselves.
• Forecasts of what runs out when, and what's selling in shops near you.

The network — when a shop and its distributor are both on Distiqo, the shop orders from its phone, the distributor approves, and the bill becomes the shop's stock in one tap. Each side sees only what it should; our guide to what crosses the network lists it all.

• The system does the work; you make the decisions. AI proposes. A person approves.
• Meet people where they are. If your team and customers already use WhatsApp, that's the interface.
• Share only what's needed. A distributor never sees a shop's customers, other suppliers or margins. A shop never sees another shop.
• Say what's built and what isn't. Our Roadmap and Security page list the gaps.
• Your data is yours. We don't sell it, and you can export it whenever you like.
