A distributor's day is mostly repetition: read the orders that came in overnight, check what's in stock, check who's over their credit, raise the bill, chase the payments, reorder before something runs out, close the GST month. None of it is hard. All of it needs someone to notice it, every day.

A shop's day is the same, at the counter: bill fast, remember who took what on credit, notice what's running low, type the supplier's bill into stock, keep the GST right. In both, the owner becomes the system. When they're away, things slip.

And between the two, everything is typed twice. The shop writes its order; the distributor's staff retypes it. The distributor sends a bill; the shop retypes it into stock.

Let the system do the noticing and the preparing, and keep the deciding with a person. Overnight it recomputes risk, reorder levels and your day's priorities. When an order arrives it reads it, matches the items, checks stock and credit, and drafts the order — then waits for you to approve it. Nothing that touches money or stock happens without a yes.

Then connect the two sides. A shop on the Retailer OS orders from its distributor on the Distribution OS; the distributor approves it as a bill; the bill becomes the shop's stock in one tap. Nobody retypes anything.

• It meets people on WhatsApp. Salesmen and retailers keep ordering the way they do today; shops remind their credit customers from their own number.
• Approval is built in, not bolted on. AI drafts; a person decides. That's true for orders, reminders, purchases and filings.
• Both sides of the trade, one network. Orders, bills and stock flow between a shop and its distributors — and each side sees only what it should. A distributor never sees a shop's customers, other suppliers or margins.
• It works beside your current software. Bring your existing data in from Excel and your accountant's exports, and export your books back out. Suppliers who aren't on Distiqo are recorded like any other.
• It's made for India. GST and HSN, e-invoices and e-way bills through our GSP partner, bills of supply for composition shops, loose items by weight, beats and routes, customer credit, and messages written the way people actually write them — Hindi and English mixed.
• It tells you what it doesn't do. See the next section.

• It doesn't have a live, two-way link to your accounting software. Importing your data in and exporting your books out both work; a continuous sync does not exist yet.
• It isn't itself a GST Suvidha Provider (GSP). E-invoices and e-way bills go to the government portal through our licensed GSP partner, using the e-invoice / e-way bill login you connect once in Settings.
• The network only connects businesses that are both on Distiqo. Orders to a supplier who isn't on it are placed the usual way and their bills are entered by hand.
• It's in private beta. Features are still being added and there's no uptime guarantee yet. See our Roadmap for what's built and what isn't.
• It isn't certified against a security standard yet, and we say so on the Security page.

Distribution OS: distributors and wholesalers of FMCG and similar goods who sell to retailers, run salesmen and vans, give credit and file GST — from an owner doing everything himself to a family business with a team.

Retailer OS: kirana stores, general stores and small supermarts — one counter or several branches, registered for GST or not.
